Our mission is to share with the world this magical sanctuary home of Solarte EcoLodge and build a community focused on mindful mind, body and spirutual healing. Our work embodies the radical notion that our actions as humans can regenerate the health of mind, body and the health of the land and sea.
Welcome to our Retreat and Wellness Center, where we offer a rejuvenating experience that combines the practice of yoga and meditation with the beauty of nature. Our retreats are designed to help you disconnect from the stresses of daily life and connect with your inner self.
OUR ENVIROMENT
Reduce, Reuse and Repurpose/Recycle is a concept the owners have grown up with and practice for many years. This process has been fully implemented at this project where nature has blessed us with the good fortune to harvest some of our beautiful rainforest trees from the property that have been taken down by termites and storms giving us the opportunity to use this beautiful local lumber for some of our construction projects.
Our work embodies the radical notion that our actions as humans can regenerate the health of mind body and the health of the land and sea. We are 100% committed as environmental advocates.
We practice ZERO waste and intentional management of the ecosystem. Our primary goal and philosophy are to protect the environment while working with nature to gain the ability to become totally independent and create conscious relationships with our environment. It is the responsibility of us as owners and our guests to do all possible to protect our environment and reduce our foot print specially when visiting our sanctuary.
OUR PROJECTS
We have ongoing farming, gardening and maintenance projects. Growing our own food and maintaining and improving the property is a never-ending project! Our botanical garden is constantly evolving and requires ongoing work.
